the rapid development and commercial application of flexible wearable electronic devices have accelerated the transformation and upgrading of energy storage devices. In order to match wearable electronic devices well, the energy storage used must have the characteristics of high security, small size, long service life, easy integration and high power density

in view of the above requirements, the concept of planar micro capacitor becoming the best energy supply device runs through the selection of each link of R & D, procurement, production, commissioning and inspection. However, a single capacitor has a small voltage window and low energy density, so it is difficult to supply energy for wearable devices continuously. The most convenient way to solve this problem is to connect multiple micro capacitors in series to form an array to power the functional units of the wearable integrated system. So far, many different types of capacitor array driven integrated detection systems have been developed, such as integrated optical detection system, integrated pressure sensor system and so on. In addition to pressure, light, heat and other sensors, organic gas sensors have played an increasingly important role in the fields of environmental monitoring, industrial site and security in recent years. However, compared with light detection and pressure sensors, gas sensors have a longer response time to the target gas, higher energy consumption, higher requirements for energy devices, and greater integration difficulty. Therefore, the research on the integrated system of self driving gas sensor is of great significance

the shenguozhen research group of the State Key Laboratory of superlattice, Institute of semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences recently developed a new wearable gas sensor and real-time display system driven by micro capacitor array. The integrated system consists of a circular capacitor array based on electrodeposited polypyrrole electrode materials, a normal temperature ethanol gas sensor based on carbon nanotubes/polyaniline materials, and an in-situ gas analysis and display system. The area specific capacitance of the assembled capacitor is 47.42mf/cm2, and the response time of the gas sensor to ethanol gas at room temperature is 13s and 4.5s respectively. When there is gas in: this year's publication 3? 15 how will the quality inspection work be arranged? When entering the sensor, the current on both sides of the gas sensor will change. The components in the circuit board will collect this change and calculate it, compare it with the pre stored standard curve to obtain the gas concentration value, and then transmit the signal to the via Bluetooth. Then the app will display the corresponding gas concentration and draw the real-time I-T curve. It has a wide application prospect in personalized wine driving test and other fields

research results were recently published in nano energy (2017, 41, 261.) Journal. The work has been supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation and the key research projects of Frontier Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences

with the rapid development of science and technology, sensors have been widely used in biomedical detection, intelligent robots, flexible displays, wearable devices and other fields. These fields often require sensors to be flexible and stretchable to meet the needs of attaching to various irregular surfaces. The Institute of semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences has made new progress in the flexible self driving gas sensing and display system, which is also a great progress for China's sensor industry
